Requirements for Registration

  1. A full photograph having a close up view preferably taken in a studio
  2. A xerox copy of the latest Baptism Certificate
  3. A xerox copy of the updated Family Parish Card and a letter from the Parish Priest
  4. A xerox copy of the Salary Certificate is required
  5. A xerox copy of all the Education (completed) Certificates

Register and be blessed

  1. Registration Valid for 6 months only.
  2. Contacting members only via email.
  3. Subscription will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  4. Registration fees 1,000/- only. 100/- for application form payable by cash only.

How to Register

  1. Using the above mentioned documents, you will have to fill a form and submit at our office. You can also submit the form by post/courier.
  2. Cash is accepted. The payment can also be made by Demand Draft in favour of 'Annai Vailankanni Shrine MIC' payable at Chennai for 1,100 /-.
